I updated my Mac OS just today on App Store to 10.13.6.
After the update, however, on Google Chrome and Safari, the pages are rendered in blank.

Even Chrome's settings page is blank, and for some reason, even the App Store displays blank, making it almost impossible to fix the issue.

The browser seems to work fine except for the rendering part. I can see the cursor changing to pointer when I'm hovering over a link, and when I click on it, I get directed to the link, though I can't see it.
The sound is fine too, when I go to a YouTube Video url, for example.
However, the page is blank.
I've tried everything from deleting the user data and reinstalling Chrome, and restarting the mac, etc. Time Machine crashes.
I'm experiencing the same thing on Safari, and I know they use the same rendering engine (WebKit), and maybe WebKit is failing on the newly updated Mac?
